Optimum Fitness must include flexibility, extreme cardio-vascular endurance and muscular strength plus functional training.
Mon - Thurs 5:00am to 9:00pm
Friday 5:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday 7:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm
Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system.
